Our Bandit scooters and Hensim off-road vehicles have a limited, bumper-to-bumper, warranty against most defects for up to  12-months from the date of delivery.  Our warranty covers parts replacement only.  There is no coverage for labor costs under any circumstance.  Normal wear parts, labor costs, damage from negligent riding practices and damage from shipping are not covered by this warranty.  Most plastic body coverings and the seat are covered under this warranty.  All electronics including switches are covered as well as the entire drive train.  Complete details of our warranty coverage is included with your purchase and can be viewed by clicking here.  In 99.9% of cases, we will not have you return the failed part, saving you that cost, though we may ask for photographic evidence.  And we ship the replacement part(s) covered by this warranty free of shipping cost as well.

Licensing & Registration:
Although Laws vary from state to state, we guarantee that Bandit scooters are legal for registration and operation in all 50 states as a street legal scooter.  If you cannot register your scooter, we will buy it back from you.  Most other sellers have policies that amount to, 'it's your fault for not checking your local laws in regards to registering your scooter''.  We think this is ludicrous.  If the scooter is truly DOT and EPA compliant, then it can be registered in any state other than California.  And if it has CARB approval, it can be registered there.  There is no reason why any seller's scooter couldn't be registered, unless they aren't really DOT or EPA approved.

Jurisdiction of Sale:
Any vehicle sale made by Bandit Motorsports is a transaction completed in Lane County, Oregon and is subject to the laws of this jurisdiction.  Which means, its the same as if the costumer had come to our facility, paid cash and took a product with them.  Any legal action or court proceedings involving this transaction would have to take place in Eugene, Oregon.

Alternates:
We reserve the right to ship another brand name in place of our own Bandit scooters but it will still be completely tested and shipped from our facility in Oregon.  In this situation, you would receive the exact model and color that you ordered, just different badges may be applied.  To be more exact, you would receive the same model and color from the same factory, just different or no badges affixed.  (10-01-08)

Since we received some negative feedback about this specific situation, the specifications and details regarding any of our product web pages is subject to change without notice.  In other words, you may get a scooter with 13" wheels instead of 10" wheels... which is really something for the good of your scooter anyways.
