This unit will be shipped from our warehouse and is completely tested, ready to complete assembly and ride. Attach the mirrors and battery, and load and install the battery and this scooter is ready to ride.
Local pick-up is required for any customer in the state of Oregon. We may deliver it to you but it has to be assembled when you take possession. You will not only benefit from the motorcycle being fully assembled, tested and ready to ride, but also the full-warranty to include labor costs for repairs.
